Legal guarantee

Every KEEPSELLE piece is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for three years from delivery.

What the law gives you

Under Portuguese law (Decreto-Lei n.º 84/2021, which implements Directive (EU) 2019/771), we are responsible for any lack of conformity of the goods that exists at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within three years of delivery.

• A lack of conformity that appears within the first two years is presumed to have existed at delivery: you do not have to prove it.
• You do not need to tell us within a fixed period after you notice it, but telling us early helps us help you.
• This legal guarantee applies whatever the price, and also to personalised pieces.

What counts as a lack of conformity

For example: stitches coming undone with normal use, a seam or zip that fails, fabric that is torn or stained on arrival, a size or fibre composition different from the product page, or a stitched line that differs from the line in your order.

Normal wear, shrinkage or colour loss caused by washing against the care instructions, and damage caused after delivery by accident or misuse are not a lack of conformity.

Your remedies

1. You may choose between repair and replacement, unless one of them is impossible or disproportionate for us. Repair or replacement is free of charge, within a reasonable time (at most 30 days) and without significant inconvenience to you.
2. You may ask for a price reduction or end the contract with a full refund if we cannot or do not repair or replace, if the lack of conformity persists, or if it is so serious that an immediate refund is justified.

We cover the cost of sending a non-conforming piece back to us.

Write to support@keepselle.shop with your order number, a short description and one or two photos. We answer within one business day and tell you how we will put it right.

Commercial guarantee

We do not offer a separate commercial guarantee in addition to the legal guarantee.
