You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind, without giving a reason. Personalised pieces are the one exception.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods that are delivered separately, the period expires 14 days after you, or a third party indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (KEEPSELLE, CONFECÇÕES GOMES FARIA, LDA, Rua do Recreio, n.º 130, 4570-353 Laundos, Póvoa de Varzim, Portugal; email support@keepselle.shop; telephone +351 914 227 593) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email), or by using the electronic withdrawal function on our website. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, in the same currency, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, at the address above, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For a parcel of this size this is normally between EUR 4 and EUR 15 within Europe and up to EUR 35 from North America, depending on the carrier you choose.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. You may unfold, look at and try a piece as you would in a shop.

The exception: personalised pieces

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised (Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014, article 17(1)(c)). A piece on which we have stitched your own line is such a good. Before you add a personalised piece to your bag, you confirm that you know this. Faults and stitching that differs from your order are always covered by the legal guarantee.

How to return, step by step

1. Tell us within 14 days of delivery: with the withdrawal button, by email or by post.
2. We reply with your return number and the return address (our address above, unless we tell you otherwise).
3. Pack the pieces securely, with the return number, and send them within 14 days with a tracked service.
4. We refund you within 14 days of your withdrawal, at the latest when the parcel reaches us or you send us proof of postage.

Cancelling before dispatch

Until your order is dispatched (for personalised pieces, until stitching starts) you can cancel it free of charge by email or phone. We refund the full amount, including delivery, within 14 days and usually within 3 business days.

Faulty, damaged or wrong pieces

These are not withdrawals: write to us with photos and we will put it right at our cost, under the legal guarantee. You do not pay for return shipping in that case.
