Your line

Twenty characters is enough to say it. Here is how your line becomes thread.

How it works

1. On the product page, type your line in the field “Your line”. The preview shows it in cross stitch as you type.
2. Choose red or black thread.
3. Confirm the note about personalised pieces and add the piece to your bag. Your line appears in the bag, at checkout and in your order confirmation, so you can check it once more before you pay.
4. Your line is charted on a grid and stitched in cross stitch: every square of the chart becomes one cross.

The rules

• Up to 20 characters, spaces included.
• Letters of the European alphabets, with their accents (á, ã, ç, é, ø, å, ä, ö, ü, ß and others), the numbers 0–9, spaces and these signs: . , ‘ ! ? & + –
• We stitch exactly what you type, including spelling and capital letters. We do not correct anything.
• No trademarks, brand names or logos, no names or likenesses of public figures, and nothing offensive, hateful or unlawful. If a line breaks these rules we will contact you, and if we cannot agree on a new line we cancel that item and refund it in full.
• The preview on the website shows the lettering and colour. The stitched result follows the same chart, but thread on fabric always looks slightly different from pixels on a screen.

Lines longer than 11 characters with a space are set on two rows.

Timing

A piece without a line leaves us within 1–3 business days. With a line, allow 5–7 business days before dispatch, then the delivery time for your country. See Shipping.

Returns of personalised pieces

A personalised piece is made to your specification. Under Portuguese law (Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014, article 17(1)(c)) it is therefore excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal. Your other rights stay in full: if the piece is faulty, or if the line we stitched differs from the line in your order, we replace it or refund it under the legal guarantee.

Changing a line

Write to support@keepselle.shop with your order number as soon as possible. We can change or remove a line free of charge until we start stitching, usually within one business day of your order.
