Withdraw from contract

Changed your mind? Withdraw from your purchase here, without an account, in two steps.

Fill in your name, your order number and your email, then check and confirm. You receive an acknowledgement by email straight away, with the content of your declaration and the date and time we received it. The acknowledgement confirms receipt only; we then send you the return details.

The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to pieces stitched with your own line. If a piece is faulty, write to us instead: see Legal guarantee.
